The Insight Subluxation Station is a state-of-the-art diagnostic tool that our office uses to detect and evaluate subluxations, or misalignments of the spine that can interfere with the normal function of the nervous system. The Insight Subluxation Station uses advanced technology to provide our office with objective data about a patient's nervous system function, allowing our doctors to develop a personalized care plan to promote optimal health and well-being.

The Insight Subluxation Station uses three different technologies to assess nervous system function:

  1. Thermography: This technology measures temperature differences on the skin surface, which can indicate areas of inflammation and nerve irritation. Infrared sensors are used to detect these temperature differences, which are then displayed on an IPAD screen.
  2. Surface Electromyography (sEMG): This technology measures the electrical activity of muscles to determine whether they are functioning properly. sEMG can detect muscle imbalances and areas of muscle tension that may be contributing to nervous system dysfunction.
  3. Heart Rate Variability (HRV): This technology measures the variability in time between each heart beat to determine the balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. HRV can be an indicator of overall nervous system function. It also helps us measure how well the patient's nervous system is adapting to their overall stress load.
Insight Subluxation Station

The Insight Subluxation Station provides chiropractors with objective data about a patient's nervous system function, allowing them to develop a personalized treatment plan to promote optimal health and well-being. By measuring temperature differences, muscle activity, and heart rate variability, the Insight Subluxation Station can identify areas of nerve irritation and dysfunction that may be contributing to a patient's health problems. We periodically reevaluate the nervous system by performing all 3 scans again.

We use the information gathered from the Insight Subluxation Station to develop a customized care plan for each patient. This may include chiropractic adjustments to realign the spine and restore normal nerve function, as well as lifestyle changes such as exercise, nutrition, and stress management to promote overall health and well-being.

The Insight Subluxation Station is a safe and non-invasive diagnostic tool that can provide valuable information about a patient's nervous system function.

In conclusion, this technology is a valuable diagnostic tool is something our office uses to assess nervous system function and develop personalized care plans for our patients. By providing objective data about a patient's nervous system function, the Insight Subluxation Station can help our doctors identify areas of nerve irritation and dysfunction, and develop effective treatment strategies to promote optimal health and well-being.
